Positive: I love the location and price.
Negative: There are people who also live at the hotel that play loud music at night when people are trying to sleep. The room needs a little TLC. Even though the location is great and the price is good it was an uncomfortable stay as far as not feeling safe to stay the night.

Positive: The facility was older but the rooms were upgraded and very nice. The linens, towels, carpets, shower curtains were clean and in new condition. The toilet was upgraded to a multi-flush option unit. Water pressure was fine. Coffee maker was a pod style and operated fine. TV was fine, but I didn't use it. The king bed was very comfortable, not noisy, had 4 pillows. The door locks were adequate.
Negative: Parking spaces were a little tight. There was some collateral noise in the room from the itinerant contractors staying at the hotel waking and leaving early in the morning (5:00AMish).
Summary: Very nice interiors. The upgrades were not second-rate. The location was awesome. Great value.

Positive: It is a good value. Kind of away from everything. But still within reasonable driving distance. The place was quiet. Although the rooms need some updates they were clean.
Negative: Metal box frames for the beds, made a boom noise every time some one moved, so it would wake me up. Rooms are small.
