Steps away from the Arkansas River, next to the boat ramp and the SteamPlant Event Center (very convenient if you are attending a wedding or other event!) and close to the many Salida restaurants, shops, galleries, river park, etc. Enjoy all the outdoors activities like biking, hiking, kayaking, rafting, tubing, fishing, jeep rides and in the winter season skiing at Monarch ski area (just a short 25 minute ride), snowmobiling and much more. High vaulted ceilings, a loft style master bedroom, two sleeper sofas and a private patio looking over the Arkansas River. Come stay and play, Highside @ The Riverlofts is waiting for you!

Any evidence of smoking, use of firearms, driving ATV's other than in the driveway as access only, unapproved pets, unauthorized use of property grounds, damage resulting from violation of rental policies, and/or excessive mess may result in charges up to $3000.00 to the Guest's credit card on file, as authorized by Guest's approval of the terms of the Rental Agreement.
Reservations may be canceled more than 30 days prior to check-in with full refund. 14 to 29 days prior to arrival 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after this cut-off date for any reason. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions, spotty internet service or interruption of service.

Summary: Beautiful condo in a great location right on the river. Dining and shopping within short walking distance. Nice to have a parking garage as well. Check-in and Check-out were seamless. Condo was very clean and had all items we needed. It was a nice getaway highlighted by fall colors. Would recommend this location in Salida.
