This spacious family holiday house has been recently renovated. Set over 3 levels this lovely beach house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, the main 2 bedrooms with expansive views over The Brisbane Waters. Spacious entertaining deck with BBQ area and views over the pool and Brisbane Waters and Hardys Bay. Stroll to Pretty Beach waterfront and Turo park, with access to the walking track for a short walk into the cafes/restaurants of Killcare and Hardys Bay.

Pretty Beach is part of the Killcare Peninsula, including Killcare, Wagstaffe and Hardys Bay. The Killcare area encompasses both the beach and bay side of the Bouddi Peninsula and is flanked by the Bouddi National Park. Killcare retains a small fishing village atmosphere. The village has an unusually broad variety of shops including yacht charters, art gallery, hairdresser, fashion boutique, restaurant and cafes. Killcare Marina has permanent moorings and boat hire.
Pretty Beach, Wagstaffe, Killcare is a 90min drive north from Sydney, there is a train station located at Woy Woy and Gosford (20min drive) and has easy access from the Palm Beach Ferry Service which is a 20min scenic ride. Major supermarket and facilities are within a 10 min drive.

Summary: Thank you so much for sharing this beautiful home. It had everything we needed for a really relaxing and fun girls weekend away. With a fully equipped kitchen to make meals to share and beautiful spaces to sit back and relax over a glass of wine, we could not have asked for anything more. The pool was definitely the icing on the cake, we had the most amazing time just hanging out and enjoying the sun.

Summary: In general it is a good place,we enjoyed it,but the place need more updating specially the front of the place,plus there was smell of gas as we entered the home,we called the real estate to find out the problem,then we turned off the gas bottle so we don't smell the gas,abd all the outdoor chairs were kept on the side and on top of each other's,outdoor table were dirty we cleaned it,apart from this the view is good,and the area calm and quiet

Summary: Great house and nice close location with beautiful views. We had good and quick communication with Andrew when required. There were a fair few lights they were out but that’s an easy fix. The BBQ area is great but more outdoor lights (there’s only 1 small light) are needed so you can sit outside and eat dinner and use the BBQ. Providing linen, including bath mats, t-towels, sheets etc would improve the overall stay at the property. The pool was a big hit although not heated. We’d happily stay again!
