Summary: A lovely hotel near Europa Park. Used their shuttle service ro the park and the station, and that was brilliant and always on time. The pillows could have been a bit better but aside from that a lovely family hotel.

Summary: I really liked staying there. The staff were friendly and helpful. I liked that they had a shuttle service from the hotel to Europa Park. It was nice and easy not bothering with Taxis all the time.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ For everything.

Summary: Came into the reception after a long drive, and met the sweetest receptionist of all time, Roxana, she had a radiance that most other hotels should be envious of, the hotel itself is perfectly fine, good location and good parking possibilities, I have 150 hotel overnight stays a year, and would probably say that this reception at a reception surpasses all other check-ins, thank you, continue to be who you are, you make the big difference between a good or bad experience, best regards 204 and 206
