Summary: Unfortunate broken parking fob and missing ironing board were sorted quickly and easily. Would have been nice to have a small heater to supplement the underfloor heating. Great location - especially for us as attending a funeral in the area.

Summary: Only point of criticism relates to parking your car; due to the contructions underway car needs to be parked 300m away. Other than that, staying here was a very pleasant experience

Summary: It’s a lovely apartment, clean and tidy. I didn’t like the fact that a key 🔑 and a manager were not easily available at first, it was stressful to deal with it specially after a long trip. Perhaps next time will be better. Thank you so much for correcting those issues afterwards.

Summary: Was everything new nothing to complain about it. Also you have your own bathroom, not share as most of the other properties in the same period.

Summary: room is clean. kitchen is fully equipped. place is outside CBD and very quiet / peaceful. security to access the apartment is excellent (no keys, all using apps, key pins)

Summary: It was a great place to stay. The wonderful kitchen, comfortable beds, tidy bathroom. The flat is in scandinavian style with all necessary items (salt, tea, sugar, washing powder, dishwasher tablets, all types of rags, shampoo etc.). Each part of furniture was on its place. The window from floor to ceiling was also unusual. We enjoyed the way to open doors, but guests should read the instruction before visit attentively!!! The location was comfortable. There is S-market in 5 minutes by foot, parking under the window, trees around the house. Thanks for the great apartments, we will be happy to live in this apartments at our next visit to Helsinki) P.S. The apartments are really great, nice and tidy, the only advice for administration: please buy a hanger, it is not always a good idea to hang up the clothes in the wardrobe, even if it so big as you provide us. But it is the only advice, the apartments exceeded our expectations! Thank you!

Summary: It’s a true apartment in Espoo. It’s spacious for a European apartment and it has everything that you might need. Sort of a hotel/apartment hybrid. The manager is not on site but they are very responsive to email and they do speak English. I would totally stay there again.

Summary: When I booked I was told to pick up the key at a certain address. I did not know that this address was just the general address for the train station and when I arrived I had no idea where to get the key. It didn't help that the address for the train station was obliterated by construction. I phoned the number and couldn't get through. I called expedia who were able to get through and connected me. Expedia were really helpful. The fellow then sent me an aerial photo showing where I could pick up the key. Luckily my phone still had a charge. He also sent these instructions to my email a few hours before but I hadn't checked my email. I think it would have been better if I had received instructions on where to pick up the key upon booking instead of when I arrived. Or at the very least I should have been warned when I booked that the pickup location of the key would be given to us the day we arrived so I would have know what to expect. The place itself was very nice.
