From the moment I checked in, the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and professional. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. When I entered the room, I was really impressed — it was clean, well-maintained, and had a fresh, pleasant atmosphere. The bed was comfortable, the AC worked perfectly, and even the washroom was spotless. The overall environment of the hotel was calm and relaxing. It’s a perfect place whether you're visiting as a couple or with family. It felt safe, peaceful, and very comfortable. Now coming to the best part — the FOOD 😍 I tried dinner at the hotel, and it was absolutely delicious. The presentation was neat and professional. Especially the biriyani and side dishes were full of flavor and freshly prepared. Even the breakfast was simple but very satisfying. The service was also excellent. Whenever I called for anything, the response was quick and efficient. The staff handled every request without delay. Overall, Equal Hotel offers a great stay experience with good food and excellent service. It’s definitely worth the price, and I would happily stay here again. Positive: Pretty close to the Pekoe trail (the bus can take you back and forth to the trail, 3 km away) and with a view of a hill and lake. Nice staff. Hot shower. Great buffet lunch and breakfast.

Negative: Spotty WiFi, light switches were behind the TV, tv remote didn't work.
