This enchanting 4 double-bedroom holiday home in Connemara is full of character providing the comforts of home with a touch of elegance, still retaining many original features such as full-sized wooden shutters, and high ceilings throughout with cornicing. The house has a formal dining room with a love seat, a cosy living room with an open fire and lots of natural sunlight from the 2 large bay windows.Hill House is set over two floors:Ground Floor: The front door opens to a hallway- to the left you enter the reception room which is bright and airy with 2 sofas, an armchair, a chaise lounge and a loveseat. There is an open fire plus a TV.To the right of the hallway is an elegant dining room with an ornate fireplace and large windows overlooking the front and side of the property. Dining table seating 8 -the perfect room for entertaining.Kitchen/dining room: Fully fitted kitchen with an electric hob and cooker, washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and built-in microwave. There is a dining table seating 6.There are French doors leading to the garden and decked area, ideal for dining Al-Fresco, there is a BBQ and outdoor table for 4.Downstairs WC upon entrance.Office/Playroom: Ornate fireplace, window overlooking the garden area.First Floor:Bedroom 1: Kingsize bed and ensuite shower and WC, plus walk-in wardrobe.Bedroom 2: Double bedBedroom 3: Double bedBedroom 4: Double bedThere is also space for baby cots in all bedrooms – 1 travel cot supplied (upon request)The main bathroom has a freestanding clawfoot bath and separate shower plus WC and washbasin.Utility Room: Iron and ironing board, laundry airer, mop and bucket, brooms and dustpan and brush plus all the usual cleaning products.Outside:Barbecue and outdoor furniture (table and 4 chairs).This holiday home is family-friendly benefiting from being within a stone's through to Clifden Town and a short distance to the playground.FREE WIFIHill House is happy to welcome your pet, however, we would ask that your pet would not be permitted on furniture or on beds. If additional cleaning is required we may have to deduct this from your damage deposit.Utilities are charged at €15 per night. Summary: We have been staying in Hill House every year for the past 5 years, sometimes multiple times a year. It never fails to induce a relaxation and calmness, which truly epitomise a good vacation. The location, space and quality of the accommodation is perfect for our families needs and we hope to continue using it for many years to come. The support of Connemara Lettings, Yvonne and her teams really add to our stay. Absolutely nothing!!

Summary: We have been availing of Hill House Clifden for the past 5 years and have created so many wonderful memories for ourselves, our children and grandchildren.
