Positive: Serviced Apartment. Sofa, Dining Table, Kitchen and Bedroom all included. Bed is large and comfortable. Parking available in front of the hotel (not secure or anything, but not on the road). Rooms are fairly clean. Though there no restuarant, theres one in the same building which serves the basic stuff. Overall pleasant.

Negative: 1. The place is not run professionally. It's a few people who are new to this trying to move things around. Some confusion during booking and they asked me initially to reimburse booking.coms charges (₹500) but then retracted when I held firm. People need to be more sure of what to do. 2. There is no telephone in the room. The doors have only a normal latch with a lock and while we were inside someone bolted the door from outside. The telephone number I had was non responsive and it took a lot of banging before someone came and opened the door. Need a different kind of lock on the doors and an intercom in the room. 3. Lot of mosquitoes. We were up at 2.30AM killing mosquitoes. Must have killed 10-15. Room needs to have a repellent. 4. Minor quibble. The bathroom didn't have a shower.
