Positive: Spotless and nicely decorated.
Negative: Not a very comfortable space for 4 people. The living area is too small, the only sofa sits 3 comfortably, and the breakfast bar only sits 3 comfortably. There isn’t a table to eat from. No toaster either. There were only 2 pillows per bed, and the pillows downstairs were cheap and flimsy. We couldn’t figure out how to use the electric kettle properly, needlessly complicated. Not enough towel rails in the bathroom. There was no private outdoor space as described.

Positive: We loved this property in Tauranga! The house was beautiful, modern, and still felt new. It was spotlessly clean, and the fresh scent, especially on the bedding, made the stay even more enjoyable. We’ll definitely be coming back here when we visit Tauranga again!
