Positive: Had an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome.The room was immaculate and spacious. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep with a calm enviornment.

Positive: From check-in to check-out, everyone was friendly, helpful, and always willing to answer my questions. They made me feel genuinely welcome. But the real star of the show was the bed! It was incredibly comfortable - plush yet supportive. I slept like a rock that night.

Negative: Everything was fine but there are something: There were a couple of minor things that could be improved. The water pressure in the handheld bidet / commode shower. Additionally, the tiles in the room could get quite chilly, and some wool carpets/foot rest would have been nice for added warmth. Finally, the bathroom door seemed a bit loose during my stay.

Summary: fantastic service and a bed that guarantees a good night's sleep.

Positive: The rooms were very clean, very comfortable, spacious and the amenities were great .Views from the windows are breathtaking .The staff member who were there is so delightful & eager to help us. Hence,it went over and beyond to help our stay more enjoyable.Overall the service was exceptional ❤️😇 & I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Haputale🙌
