Positive: The manager was very helpful when the clutch linkage failed on our car and we had to call the AA and stay a third night.
Negative: Nothing.
Summary: We came up from Wales for a car rally and The Hillcrest proved to be the perfect place to stay.

Negative: Breakfast had finished, and we arrived late into the night and was told we could have some. After talking with staff to rectify this, the kitchen made us a breakfast which was lovely. So they keep their promise.
