Positive: Fully functional kitchen. Loved the decor of the cabin and instructions what was to be reviewed upon arrival and what needed to be done before we left.
Negative: In the instruction manual it talked about taking bear spray if you walked in the evening or early morning in case you would encounter a bear. What was weird was that the hummingbird feeder is left out if there are bear in the area. We have a family cabin near Estes Park with bear in the area and that is the first thing bear go after is easy food such as a hummingbird feeder so those are brought into the cabin each night. The hummingbird feeder was there each morning so that tells me that there aren't any bear in the area at this moment.
Summary: Fantastic place to stay and this property is on our list for a return visit sometime in the future.

Positive: Lovely location and the hot tub and fire place made it very cozy.
Negative: No TV so bring some activities. Its about 15-20 minutes away from Cripple Creek on a dirt road.

Positive: The cabin was amazing. We couldn't be happier with the accommodations. It was remote, comfortable, and quiet. There happened to be a major snowstorm the week we were there, and we spent a lot of time in the cabin since we couldn't leave due to the 3 feet of snow, but it was a perfect place to wait to be dug out. Our contact person communicated with us very well and got us rescued as quickly as humanly possible. We did get to drive up Pikes Peak, visit Garden of the Gods, and trek to Breckenridge before the snow hit. It was a great trip.
Negative: The weather caused a bit of stress for us (so much snow!), but that's not the fault of the venue. Just a bit of bad luck.

Positive: The cabin was so cozy and very well furnished and stocked! My favorite was the heated mattresses! How awesome is a warm cozy bed on a cold mountain night!
Negative: There isn't much to not like. But if I'd have to say something....it would be more convenient to have the hot tub on the deck for viewing purposes and getting in and out in the cold 🥶.
