Summary: Of any mid-priced beach house we've rented, this was the best. Great views, great layout, well-equipped kitchen . . . But most of all great taste. No calabash sporting seafarer reliefs or faux nets and floats, no grandma print bedding, no sunset photos. Instead, balinese puppets, kachina dolls, weavings and even hand-carved columns. And they take dogs! Only downsides: the fireplace wasn't working and the 10 am checkout is kind of brutal. Vacasa offered late checkout for a price. Normal 11 am or noon would be more fitting to such a lovely place. Fabulous spot. We'll be back.

Summary: Definitely a “someone else’s house” vibe. Cool architecture, great art, great view. Also very lived-in: finishes are worn, carpets are stained, cabinets are digned up. Some minor things were broken. Kitchen was reasonably well equipped. I would stay there again.

Summary: The property was in a pretty setting and the view was breathtaking .The house was a nice layout... 3 levels was nice... Some separation from family and noise. Loved the kitchen and long dining room table. The decor was different and carpets upstairs were severely stained.

Summary: Liked this place mostly because of the view and proximity to the beach. Short walk downhill to the beach, maybe 5 mins. The home itself is a bit dated and could use some new carpeting in the upstairs area. It was fine for our family with 2 small kids but I wouldn’t want to take a group of friends here as it didn’t feel as nice as other rentals. Linens and spacing were reasonably clean with the exception of a good amount of dog hair on the living room carpets. It also had a bit of a smell, like dog and crab. Overall it was a good place to stay a few nights, but I might be hesitant to rent it again if other rentals with similar amenities are available.
