Summary: Never had balcony room as i was facing the back of the property. Housekeeping decided to just walk right into my room without knocking or announcing. I left a night early because i feel my privacy was invaded. Was told i wouldnt be charged for the night i didnt stay and would get a new receipt emailed to me.. did not. If i have to go back to Madison i will not be staying there

Summary: Wonderful hotel. I will be staying here again. The history about it is fascinating. The view from the balcony is amazing. Very comfortable and warm feeling. Staff was excellent. I loved it.

Summary: The room was gorgeously put together. The whirlpool tub was clean and functioned properly. The balcony viee was nice, but the door leading out to it was broken off of the slider and bent so it couldn't be put back on. The bed was really nice and comfortable. The bathroom was clean, functioning correctly, and had an abundance of extra helpful supplies.

Summary: The room was lovely, comfortable, clean, and a pretty view of the Ohio River. The breakfast was unsatisfactory! When the eggs and bacon ran out twice, they were not replaced in a timely manner and people had to wait for them to be refilled twice in a 30 minute period even though there were only about a dozen and a half people in the dining room.

Summary: Very nice hotel on a hillside overlooking Madison. My room had a balcony. I wish I’d had more time to hang out on it. Breakfast was pretty standard but fine. Room was huge and clean. There is a bit of truck noise from the road heading over the bridge. Nicest hotel I’ve stayed at I awhile.
