Walk across the road to Little tree orchards!! Tons of wildlife, complete privacy. Barns, chickens, honey bees!!
The space
Wide plank heated floors throughout, over 50 windows cascade every room with natural light and VIEWS! 2 antique wood stoves, dishwasher, multiple areas for sitting, conversing or quiet times. WiFi is available. 2nd floor washer and dryer. Grandma’s sitting porch with swing. Tons of storage. Can easily sleep 10. 3rd floor library. Escape to utter seclusion tranquility and privacy while only being mere moments from downtown Ithaca!!

Summary: We loved this home and property. Lots of space for our family of 7 plus guests, beautiful views, and wonderful outdoor space. The cows and calves were a plus and Dan was excellent to work with.

Summary: We stayed at Daniel's place for the graduation of our son at Cornell. The host Daniel has been so nice and helpful since the beginning of our booking. The place is very charming and very convenient to go to the university and stores. We really enjoyed very much our stay and definitely recommend the place.

Summary: The house is spacious, outstanding views of the valley, and Daniel is very responsive with messages. We had a fantastic weekend with friends. The driveway is a little challenging. Bring an eye mask if the morning sunlight bothers you.

Summary: We had such a nice time, it is a beautiful farm location, feels completely remote but it about 15 min to Ithaca and all the beautiful places we wanted to visit. Host was very communicative and helpful. House was very clean and felt HUGE. Views out the windows were stunning. Thanks for a great stay :)

Summary: We had a wonderful stay highlighted by the scenic views from the backyard. It's the perfect place to sit, relax, have a fire, see the cows, or watch a storm roll in. The house had what we needed. It was rustic, but served our needs. Our host was very responsive and helpful throughout our trip. The location was perfect as it was only 15 minutes to Ithaca and within 30 minutes to many other hiking destinations.

Summary: Stayed for a long weekend. The property was perfect for my family and our dogs. Despite a rainy weekend we took long walks on the property and then came in to enjoy the warmth of the wood stove and the cozy ambiance of the house. Daniel was very helpful and made sure all was prepared for our arrival. Great weekend!

Summary: My family and I stayed at this wonderful property. Had a wonderful experience. The host was amazing, Great communication. We had a wonderful time enjoying the outdoors. We loved the animals in the property and the acres available for nature walks. Our favorite part was the wooden stoves we used to heat up the house, it was a great cabin vibe. No issues, highly recommend for anybody looking for a little getaway.

Summary: the property was beautiful. we enjoyed walking to the pond and sitting on top of the hill where we could see the beautiful hills of Ithaca. the house was warm and inviting. Daniel was so helpful and could not have been nicer . he even provided marshmallows and chocolate and graham crakers for us to make samores
