Positive: The location was good. A little difficult to find.
Negative: The dinning table should have been in the kitchen. A few bar stools in the kitchen around the island would have been good.The seating in the living room was more for looks but uncomfortable to sit on. The garden table a chairs were unloved. A long cobweb brush would help to remove the higher webs (Amazon)
Summary: It was for our 50th anniversary so was a nice place to celebrate with our children and grandchildren

Positive: Nice quiet location. The kitchen was very large and amenable for a large group of people. The bedrooms and bathroom were very clean and there were bathrobes in all rooms. The heating was excellent except the lounge was not so warm, the log fire was excellent though and there was a good stock of wood.
Negative: There was no welcome information regarding wifi passwords, instructions for guests. It was a little difficult to gain entry as the key lock box did not open very easily. The dining table was a tight fit for 10 guests.
Summary: We had an excellent stay at this property, everyone enjoyed our family vacation.

Positive: Fabulous Property in a Fabulous Location What an amazing place to stay, we couldn’t fault a thing! We booked as a group of 10 with 2 dogs and were staying for a friend’s birthday party. We were all blown away by the grandeur and the high end spec of the property. The beds are super comfy, and the decor throughout is fabulous. The hot tub was lovely after a day out hiking. We’ll definitely be booking again! Would love to come back in the summer when we can make full use of the gardens too! Big thank you from us both.

Positive: The house decor was lovely and the beds were super comfortable would have been brilliant if the water actually worked.
Negative: We had an issue with the water both pressure and heat and no one provided any help to this until the morning we were leaving. This meant that half of the guests decided to go home before the last night due to not being able to shower. Totally unacceptable and really ruined the weekend.
Summary: Would be brilliant if you don’t require water or a shower.
