Positive: Spacious inside, plenty of room, four bedrooms, two bathrooms. beautifu quiet location, close to shopping centres if required. Only 30 mins from Yarra Valley

Negative: No Hand towels in the bathrooms, no salt and pepper

Summary: perfect for our family, it was basic but clean and spacious and in a lovely residential area
