Positive: There was no breakfast but they don't advertise one either. The cost was low enough. The bed was comfy with a good TV. There was no hot water but we were notified by phone with the option to cancel.

Negative: No hot water but we were warned in advance so that's fair.

Summary: Restful, clean, and comfortable. We will return.

Positive: Staff was absolutely amazing and we're also very accommodating. Our room was clean and exceeded expectations for its supreme price point. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone needing a clean place to stay without extra frills.
