Summary: The room was clean & comfortable however one handle on the bathroom faucet kept falling off, the microwave was not working properly & the extra door security lock was broken. The staff working at the desk was very pleasant & apologetic. However when you pay hard earned money you expect everything to be in working order.

Summary: I am a repeat guest. The Inn was very nice and comfortable. Service was poor. I was asked to upgrade my room to avoid staying next to a barking dog. A complimentary upgrade was not offered.
