Summary: It was fine, but not worth $500/night. Check-in was slow, guys at the valet just immediately asked my mom to move while I went to see where to check in while I had my baby in a carrier and clearly a LOT of baby stuff to haul up to the room instead of asking if we needed help or a cart to load our stuff onto. Room was fine and clean enough. “Water park” was nice- calling it a park is a stretch. Only one hot tub for the whole place was disappointing. Overall it was a nice hotel, just think they’re a little too proud with the name Hilton slapped on the building- especially for the part of Dallas they’re located in. (Born and raised here, I wouldn’t travel around that immediate area at night, or even alone during the day.)

Summary: It is absolutely impossible to get a hold of a concierge or front desk from the room. We felt rushed by the bell hop lady and left lots of items behind.

Summary: We stay here every summer, prices keep getting higher and higher, and the rooms keep getting worse and worse. It was 80 degrees in our room- we had to pay 200$ to get chairs at the pool, and the bathrooms haven’t been updated in what seems to be 20 years. Staff was great

Summary: Not a pleasant trip, 1st: From arriving Valet service was extremely poor, 2nd: Felt unsafe, While at the pool area three heated loud arguments broke out amongst different guest that lasted for several minutes thought for sure a fight was going to start, no security or staff came to investigate but they just looked from a distance. 3rd: ordered $200+ in room service, Salmon, Spaghetti, Salad and desert, food arrived in a brown bag, food was in to-go plastic container, plastic forks / knife. There are other resorts in the Dallas area that treat their guest better. Only allowed so many words in my review but this is a brief description

Summary: Great stay, a lot to do. The water park was fun for the whole family. Clean, esthetic, relaxing vibe. We’ve come to Dallas twice and this has been the best family hotel.

Summary: Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Room was clean, except pillowcases looked dirty. The sheets were rough, not soft. Over all stay was good.

Summary: No hot water on last day and left out early. Didn’t want to deal with it. Also was an interior room I don’t recommend. No window is a hard stay !!

Summary: Hotel was good other than check in. Was not only me, there were several families waiting. We checked in at exactly 4 pm and did not get in till 4:30. This may not be a big deal but when on vacation and having spent a lot of money for this hotel, you would expect them to be squared away. When we did check in, I received a text message asking how things were going from the hotel. I told them about check in and they reminded me check in was at 4. I told them yes not 430. Other than that it was good. Time is precious and expensive when on vacation. It’s surprising how less a expensive hotel did better than this one.
