Summary: We had major issues with water in our room. One day the water was turned off for several hours and the next morning we had no hot water. The staff was very friendly, but overall extremely slow to respond and unhelpful. Parking is extremely costly. The renovated rooms have a motion activated overhead light in the entryway that could not be turned off. Any time someone got up to use the restroom in the night the light came on and stayed on for about 5 minutes. We could not turn this feature off and the staff couldn’t fix it. The TV’s had no streaming capabilities.

He was incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive from the moment we arrived. My friend and I were celebrating a new chapter in life but couldn’t quite decide on what to drink. He took the time to ask about our preferences-what we liked and didn’t like-and then curated a perfect list of drink options tailored just for us. Each recommendation came with thoughtful insight and genuine enthusiasm. His knowledge, professionalism, and great personality truly elevated our evening. If I return to this resort, it will absolutely be because of his outstanding service and the top-notch hospitality of the restaurant staff. Truly a 5-star experience!
