Summary: Great location near Grant Park, but overall, an underwhelming stay. The junior suite felt like two connected rooms rather than an actual suite, with a small bathroom. The AC was on the living room side, leaving the bedroom area hot. Parking was easy, but the public lot next door was about half the price during our stay. Not horrible, just dated and a little disappointing. I’d choose a newer hotel next time.

Summary: Room was clean but there was leftover food in refrigerator I’m guessing from previous guest. Staff was friendly. Checking line was long but moving very quickly.
