Negative: The Netherland Plaza was dead, very few working elevators, and the pillows were completely flat. Overall not major concerns but worth noting.

Negative: This property needs to be updated, especially the hallways and rooms. The beautiful Hall of Mirrors has plaster coming off the ceiling, badly in need of repair!

Positive: The staff was super friendly from check in - check out. The property is beautiful. The room was very clean and perfect for an overnight stay. Parking was affordable and easily accessible. Lots of walkable attractions. The bar was a great place to get drinks and appetizers. We booked a king suite with breakfast. We opted for the buffet and it didnt disappoint. Overall a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend.
