Summary: The rooms were good and the staff was friendly. My only complaint was I got charged $38 for parking for one day

Summary: I was there with my group and we had a wonderful experience. The staff was extremely helpful, the room were great and the bar was great.

Summary: Great stay! Nice, clean rooms with pillows that are like butter. Would definitely stay here again if I ever stay in concord again.

Summary: The parking is confusing and frustrating. You have to park in a 10 min spot to checking and then repark once you have your hotel key in the parking lot. My husband left the parking lot before me for work and when I scanned my key to leave it said "Already out". I had to pay a "lost ticket" fee of $19 to get out the gate and go to work each day 😒 All the photos show a handheld showerhead, but they are not. The shower itself is quite narrow. It did have great water pressure for a hotel.

Summary: My family and I absolutely loved the location of the hotel. Amenities were good and the price was fair. I will say that I wished my room was less dusty. The headboards and lamp areas were too dusty. I could see the dusty flying under the light. Bedding, the thicker blanket looked dirty. Perhaps wash it or replace it. Air conditioning worked great and staff were kind. Thanks

Summary: Thought check in lady was grumpy and unhelpful in our not understanding of additional charge. Getting to the gorgeous room with view of stream with ducks mellowed. Then shower with all Crabtree lotions relaxing. Pool good size would definitely return and the money on card refunded the day we checked out!!

Summary: Bathroom was not clean, had to ask for them to come out again. Also, bedsheets were stained.

Summary: Overall, the hotel was just OK. I was a little disappointed that there was no microwave in the room so that way I could heat up my food instead of feeling force to have to go out and buy something even still not being able to eat up my food. I ended up extremely sick and needed some medicine and unfortunately, the store area was not accommodating. I ordered DoorDash a couple of times and no one from the front desk contacted me to let me know my order was there so turn my food was cold. The garbage cans inside the room were dirty when I took out the garbage myself. And honestly, I think $19 per night for someone who’s already paying to stay there to charge them for parking is not acceptable to me. I was offered an upgrade to a higher floor and there was really no reason for that because it didn’t make anything that much special.
