Negative: We arrived on X-Mas Day and the hotel did not have any food for lunch to offer and everything outside was closed , in the end we had coffee at the hotel with some crackers. Rather not nice for an international Hotel not to serve lunch for guests when there is nothing else open in town! Overall restaurant staff were too slow and not super attentive that you would expect from Hilton. The bathroom in the room was not the best and without a door the water kept pouring out, we used Pool towels all over the floor to keep it a bit drier. Pool on upper floor is outdated and has rust marks inside the pool, my son looked at it and didn't want to swim in it.

Positive: Breakfast was very good. Swimming pool helped a lot in a hot days

Negative: The mold in the shower shocked us completely. Sliding door in the shower wasn't work properly and we couldn't close it. 3 days I was waiting for the spare bed sheets as It was too hot to sleep and cover myself under dooner.

Positive: Great staff who sent text messages to check we were happy with the stay. Staff also assisted with a taxi late at night for our flight. Extra pillows were provided quickly. Lifts worked quickly. Great Tv and movie selection. Good security.

Negative: Pool tiles could be updated.
