Summary: We were a family of 4 we wasn’t able to book floor 5 like our friends I paid 10 pound less per person then my friend but our stay was completely different. She had complimentary chocolates tooth brushes robes slippers everything we had nothing. Our coffee a tea wasn’t topped up we only had 3 towels and there were 4 of us. The difference was so bad. I would have paid for floor 5 if I could have but due to being 4 of us couldn’t.
