Summary: The air conditioning in the rooms are temperamental. Tv kinda sucks. Atm is like a dinosaur and doesnt work and triggered my bank to lock my card twice. Doesnt serve or let you purchase alcohol after 11pm. No microwaves in rooms. Although, just about all the staff that ive had the pleasure of meeting has been pretty great. Food at the hotel reaturant, Blossom, is phenomenal. And the indoor, heated pool is amazing too! It just closes too early.

Summary: Hotel was very busy the weekend of our stay. Our room was a little later than the 4 pm check in. One staff member was of no help, but another went out of her way to get us in as quickly as possible, while offering us bottled water while we waited. Overall, I thought the hotel was clean and modern for the price. Location was excellent. Requested extra pillows and bedding as there weren't any in the room for the sofa bed. Attendant brought pillows and handed us pillow cases to put on ourselves. Also requested extra towels that never arrived. Very quiet in rooms even with the crowds. A good solid hotel for the price.

Summary: The elevators barely worked, the front desk was rushing and have no info for as to why charges are added at check in. Paying for parking is also not told to you until check in. Asked for extra towels and sheets and couldnt be given them.

Summary: This is my second time staying here within a handful of years. The rooms are large. Starbucks was expensive. It could benefit from a remodel.

Summary: Beautiful place, rooms, dinning areas and all! A kind and excellent staff! Only down fall was during our stay the hot tub was not operational. As well the pool was great but definitely needed a cleaning, and theres not alot of seating on the pool deck area. All in all we would definitely return on another visit to the area.

Summary: The only reason I did not mark it 5 stars is because I thought the breakfast add on was a little pricey, and in the evening, our thermostat stopped working and it was rather warm in the room. Other than that, overall great stay.
