Positive: The view and the pool.
Negative: The bartenders did not serve my husband. They over looked him every time or got his order and just kept serving others coming up to the bar. Very sad and uncomfortable situation.

Negative: The Breakfast was cold and not worth the money you pay for it I ask for a blanket and I has to call 2 times before I got it and the tv was not working by the way the house keeping people don't speak English and that's not cool not one understand what you saying no good channel on tv I paid $344.00 for 1 night and I don't think we got our money worth it was me and my husband 29th wedding anniversary Hilton never no more you got me this time

Positive: The staff went out of their way to give us access to our car in the Valet lot when we needed something from it. Breakfast was fantastic. The room was comfortable and quiet.
Negative: I did not like that I could not get a luggage cart when I needed it. I asked for one far in advance and waited over an hour to have one brought to my room after scheduled check out time. My balcony faced east instead of south toward the Gulf. So instead of enjoying morning coffee overlooking the waves, we were baked by the morning sun and had to retreat into our room, defeating the purpose of having a balcony.
