Summary: Very comfortable hotel. Warm welcome from the staff. Well located, you can park and ride into oxford close by. Next door is a supermarket if you need it. We ate there and both dinner and breakfast were very tasty. We also appreciated the laundry facilities, given we are in a long trip.

Summary: Hteat hotel and location for my business stop over. Breakfast was great. Staff were friendly. I do feel the £12 parking charge is to much though.

Summary: Greeted with a £10 parking fee which was shocking. The hotel was clean and pleasant. The room was spacious but had to leave in the middle of the night as it was so noisy. Our room must have been near the bins as all we could hear was glass being clanking together and constant banging. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Summary: The hotel neglected to inform us that they were hosting a party with a band, which could be heard even in the third floor. This prevented us from relaxing and being able to sleep - the whole point of a hotel. When I called reception they assured me it would finish at 11. It actually went on u too closer to 12. Myself and my children unable to sleep which spoiled our day in Oxford the following day. While the room itself was spacious and comfortable, it was freezing and no amount of adjusting the thermostat helped. No extra blankets were available in the room and only another divers was sent up, which isn’t idea as sleeping with two duvets is quite uncomfortable. The sofas in the room were ripped. Shower was good.

Summary: Good location with large car park and EV charging. Dinner and breakfast were good and the onsite gym has everything you'd need - just a bit warm! Comfortable night sleep.

Summary: I booked a 2 night stay for my wife's birthday, everything was perfect. Thank you to Ellie for putting the balloons, champagne and roses in the room for me, and thank you to the chef who made 2 small cakes and served it on plate with a very elegantly written "happy birthday". The breakfast and dinner options were very tasty, all the staff were extremely friendly and we look forward to staying again soon!
