Summary: Waited 10 at check in for something to appear. Toilet seat detached from toilet. Was told there was no one available to repair it and no other other rooms to move us. Gentlemen at front desk said, “maybe you could fix it yourself or just use the restroom near the lobby. Arrived on Wednesday, departed on Friday, never saw room service. Breakfast was $18 extra each morning.

Summary: Cant beat location. Bed was on the older side. Bathroom toilet seat was broken. Otherwise room was spacious. Overall stay was good.

Summary: We love staying at this location in Arvada. It’s so close to old Arvada with nice shops, restaurants and coffee shops. Red Rocks about 20 min. Downtown about 20 minutes.

Summary: Great location. Lots of dining spots and close to Regis University. Rooms were clean and very spacious. Workers were all pleasant and welcoming. Will definitely make this my go to hotel when visiting my daughter at Regis.
