Summary: As nice as any HGI we've stayed at. The only concern was the random raised floor boards around the bar area. Even though it's well marked, it's still a tripping hazard. Especially around a bar. And the ice machines didn't seem to be working. At least not on our floor. And there wasn't water available in the lobby area, that I could find. But we loved our room and the check in staff.

Summary: First of all, it i s not told that it's only Valet parking available. Then the ice machine wasn't working on our floor. The TV remote wasn't working properly. Lastly there is no lock on the bathroom door. It's just a long sliding door and has sliding door only.

Summary: The room was great and valet were friendly. I gave 2 stars for poor service because I went to the restaurant for dinner and sat down at a table and waited for 15mins before I got up to ask the guy working at the bar if he would help me with placing an order. I was the only person in the restaurant.

Summary: Wonderful stay! The room was spotless, the staff was so welcoming, and everything was comfortable from start to finish. Highly recommend! And Forrest, the bartender, was absolutely amazing — he made the experience even better.

Summary: The staff was excellent for accommodating our needs!!! I was in town for a medical procedure and my niece was staying with me. My hospital stay was extended due to complications, so was our hotel stay and they were excellent!

Summary: Everything about my stay here was excellent except the bartenders in the bar on 6/28. Came back to the hotel and waited at the bar for like almost 15 minutes before I was finally acknowledged. There were two bartenders and every customer at the full bar had drinks. The male bartender wasn't doing much while the lady was slowly doing little things. He noticed I was patiently waiting and kept just passing me up. Finally the lady bartender took my order and then had the nerve to ask if I wanted change. Of course, I said yes! There was no way I was going to tip her $5 for two beers from such poor customer service.

Summary: While the hotel itself is in very nice condition, the general area is very rough. There is significant construction is all directions so getting around on foot can be tricky. Not to mention the contractors start very early so sleeping isn't easy. My biggest issue with the hotel is they don't offer any self-parking, or anything as an offsite alternative. You are forced to pay $55 per day for their in and out valet service. While the service itself is nice, being forced to pay $55 per day when you rarely use the service is a bit excessive. Had this been more apparent when I was booking the hotel, I would've went with an alternate property.
