Summary: I was taking a shower, soaped up, put my hand on the shower door, and guess what, no door, I almost fell, i had forgotten that the shower was missing a door. Since Wednesday I tried to get a second key because my wife or I can take turns sleep in the room because my little girl was getting a procedure done at the children's hospital. But you card machine was oit of order. In my own humble opinion, my expectations were not met.

Summary: The pool guy decided to clean the pool during prime hours of the day whivh meant we had to wait. Elevators broke down while I was there too. I asked for a room away from the elevator and got a room right by the elevator. Room was nice and big, smelled and looked clean.

Summary: It was a fantastic stay. All the staff members were nice and accommodating and our room was clean, comfortable, and it felt just like a second home to us.

Summary: Bathroom had a stinky hole in the floor that was really bad smell in the whole room. Probably wont stay again .

Summary: This is a nice hotel. Breakfast is not complementary, so you do have to pay extra for breakfast. My wife and I were charged for breakfast for one of the days during our visit even though we did not have breakfast at the hotel. I noticed the charge during the checkout process. The desk attendant discussed the incorrect charge with the Manager when she arrived. The hotel later emailed me a receipt that showed that the charge had been removed. We enjoyed the stay and would stay there again. Recommended.
