Summary: We had no water when we got there. No hot tub, which was one of the reasons i chose this location. I wanted to relax in the hot tub. The laundry room was out of order. Our floor had a broken ice machine. And each time i used my key it reprogrammed and i couldnt use it the next time. Seriously, ive never had such an experience. It was not good. I will never stay at this property again.

Summary: My ked didn't work every time I left the room. Had to get it replaced 5-6 times. AC wouldn't go below 80 degrees. At 11pm after tossing and turning, I finally went to the front desk and asked for a new room. They told me none were available, although the parking lot was only about 1/4 full. Not a great experience overall

Summary: One of our beds had dirty sheets on it. Our keys to the room would not work correctly had to keep going to the front desk to have it reprogrammed and there needles in the hallway on floor that we had male housekeeper pick up so no one would step on it.

Summary: When we checked in there was a hand written sign that the pool was closed. Of course we made a comment since we purposely booked for the pool. The woman who checked us in, rolled her eyes, and rudely told us she knew it was gonna be an issue. The rooms have wallpaper peeling off the walls, and it smells of stale cigarettes. Kond of expected more from Hilton.

Summary: The place was not a Hilton, lady at front desk was unpleasant about switching my room due to view, luckily she went home and the gentleman came over and helped me, this was three hours later. Pool needs attention and my bathroom had vomit under the sink and rust on bathroom light fixtures. Seriously, you charge $100+ a night and you deliver a mess to people. I do want to say the bartender was truly a delight and the next morning he was the cook and once again truly a delight.
