Summary: Overall our stay was very good. Hotel staff were friendly, hotel premises were clean and well maintained. Room was clean and accommodating. I gave a bad back and I found the mattress to be a little too soft. Not sure if it was worn or if it was just the standard hotel firmness.

Summary: First off our room has a water leak in the bathroom outlet, we were upgraded to a suite to stay on the same floor with our friends which was good. The bar was out of a couple options of beer we prefer and they did not have items stocked to make a Bloody Mary. We went down the next morning for what we thought was a continental breakfast and it was not good. The eggs were cold, sausage was overcooked, they were out of mix to make waffles then we got told we had to go to the front desk and pay for self serving what little we ate.. the hotel booking says “cook to order” food and there were no clear signs anywhere telling us we had to pay when we arrived downstairs to the breakfast area.
