Summary: I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Grapevine at Silverlake Crossing and had a fantastic experience. The staff at the front desk were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The location was perfect – convenient to downtown Grapevine, which made exploring the charming city easy and enjoyable.

Summary: This is the cleanest and friendliest Hilton I’ve ever stayed at. They made it easy and comfortable for both me and my pet. There were a couple of minor hiccups (I’d asked for housekeeping to restock towels and toilet paper (room was left with 1/2 roll). I received a couple of towels, but ended up having to go and buy toilet paper because they forgot to bring. The desk light wasn’t working (burnt bulb), but was replaced fairly quickly). The breakfast buffet was a bit overpriced for the offering, but the food options in the restaurant were decent. Plenty of parking, close to Main Street in Grapevine (tons of restaurants there). Business and family friendly. I wish every Hilton was like this location.

Summary: My son and I took a three day trip to Dallas to visit colleges. Our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn was wonderful. Victoria at the front desk, Nic at the restaurant and Sherry, who ran the shuttle were all super nice and helpful during our stay.
