Summary: Checkin was smooth and quick, staff were accommodating and friendly, the room was extremely clean and updated, and the parking was easy with ticket validation. I loved the ease of finding food and the layout of the room was fantastic.

Summary: Great stay, with the only exception being the parking garage -- in disrepair, many of the slots unavailable, and the elevator has been unused in what looks like years. Walk up four flights, down four flights -- a first world problem!

Summary: Was not aware there was breakfast - ugh! Parking is in a different location in a garage but you have to check in first get the hang tag for your car. Then you park in a Hilton Garden Inn designated spot with your tag and they validate your ticket before you leave. There is nowhere to really park to check in. If I had been aware of that prior it would have been less stressful. In addition, the front desk staff was in the restroom and the person covering for her walked up and then worked on her computer, letting us stand there for 5 minutes. When the woman returned and realized we hadn't been helped, the woman on her computer apologized and said she didn't see us. Otherwise, it was a fine stay. We walked to a restaurant close by in town and that was convenient. I would say parking might make me re-think where I stay but I am honestly not sure there are alternatives in Ithaca with better options.
