Summary: My stay at this hotel was very restful and clean my only problem with it is the lady that was hosting the breakfast area tried to pull a fast one on me. So the manager when I checked in noticed that a complimentary breakfast was not included when I made my reservation online so he very graciously gave me two vouchers for free breakfast which was awesome of him. The next morning when I went to breakfast I was unaware that there was going to be a host that took your dishes after you were done eating with that said I did not have any cash on me so I approached this lady and explained to her that I do not carry cash on me and I am sorry for not leaving a tip. With kind of an attitude she said it's no big deal don't worry about it. The next day I check my bank statement and I was charged $39 for breakfast and when I called the hotel the young lady that I spoke to which was not the lady that was hosting the breakfast area told me that I chose to charge breakfast to my room and there was no vouchers present. So when I explained to her that I did not have cash on me to leave her a tip she then threw away my vouchers and charged my room for two full breakfasts

Summary: Check in with Wendy was very unfriendly, rude and unprofessional. I usually stay here on my drive to SC and I have never had such a rude check in. I asked questions and she was super unfriendly and barely answered

Summary: The hotel was very clean. The room was very spacious and had several, convenient features, such as a small stacked drawers near the clothes hanging area. I plan to return again when visiting in Louisville again.
