Summary: While understanding that they are renovating! Our bed was broke and box spring and mattress were just on the floor. Ac was leaking and half of our floor was wet. Poor parking and charge a pet fee for service animal

Summary: The staff is wonderful and the rooms are always clean! Unfortunately, the hotel is under renovation so the pool was closed but overall we enjoy our stay. This is our hotel of choice whenever we travel to Morgantown which is about 6-7 times a year.

Summary: We checked in late and my daughter wanted to go to the pool so we changed real quick and headed to the pool, but once we came back up to the room and really started looking through the place it was not clean by any means. The beds were clean but that was all. They are currently under construction which is no big deal, but their contractor is super sloppy too and left grout all over the tiles & paint on the back of the door. (Didn’t bother us but looks shabby). The pool was nice though!

Summary: The hotel was just okay. It was under remodel which I wish I would have know before hand and it definitely needed it. Bed was comfortable and it was clean. Close to WVU campus, shops, restaurants and hospitals.

Summary: Finally a hotel with a hot tub.The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were welcoming and Zac went above and beyond to contact Orbitz for me to check on an extra reservation charge. Lots of shopping and restaurants very close. Nice hotel.
