Summary: Overall excellent. The staff was friendly. The only minor issue was that there frequently was no one manning the front desk. You often had to wait several minutes for someone to appear. One time, we were in a bit of a hurry and needed to buy 2 items from the store on our way out. Finally, a member of the breakfast kitchen staff wrote down our room number and the 2 items so that the front desk could ring them up when they came back to the front desk.

Summary: Good stay! The only downside were the beds. Sooooo uncomfortable. But clean. Missed the free breakfast and free wifi but we knew about the breakfast going in. The lobby was really nice and lots of fresh flowers. Pool was small but well kept and clean. Bathroom in our room was clean but conditioner was almost gone. Love that they have the big bottles attached to the walls. Good stay overall.

Summary: We stayed while moving from one house to another. The rooms we had were adjoined, making our stay with young kids easy. The staff were helpful, polite, and kind. We would stay here again.

Summary: Walked into room and was hit with a heavy scent of febreeze or Lysol or something. Also sheets smelled heavy of scented laundry detergent. Room was ok even though it was supposed to be an updated suite room. Shower floor not very clean either.
