Summary: The internet and TV were constantly glitching, freezing, slow. Also there were only paper cups available for beverages. Disappointing.

Summary: The front desk service was friendly and courteous. The location is fantastic with Ikea right behind you along side Dave and Buster's. Shopping right down the road and amazing restaurants. But the hotel it self needs some love, the pool was a shade of brown I've never seen in a inside pool before, let alone in a dang Hilton!! It looked unkept and had me questioning having my young children in the water, the swim was very brief. The room was ok, the wall paper in the bathroom was peeling and the shower curtain was torn at every hook. It only covered the middle section of the tub when you "closed" it. Our bed had been slept in prior, there was dirt and crumbs in the sheets. I'm sorry but we are paying up to 300 a night and you feel like you're staying at the super 7 motel. At least you should have clean linen and a shower curtain that actually goes across the tub.

Summary: I travel to Toronto for work at my own expense every two weeks — so I’ve stayed at a lot of different hotels. I won’t be staying here again! The service was great — staff were very friendly, the lobby was nice. But my room was in really sad condition — everything was outdated, some light bulbs weren’t working, and it smelled kind of musty. It was fine — but there are much better quality hotels for this price, and it’s not what I expected for a Hilton brand hotel. The gym was not adequate, and the pool was simply disgusting — it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in over a year. Overall, you can stay here and have a great visit. But for what you pay, there are WAY nicer options within a 10-20 min radius.

Summary: The bed was sagging down on one side and the TV was too small. Also the walk in shower was terrible due to all the waters coming out from the curtain.

Summary: The one reception checking me in didn't smile once or explain anything . She just said i was in a ***** room . What threw me off was when i was leaving to go out she greeted the other guest checking in with a smile. I wasnt told about breakfast at an extra cost, wifi or anything like that. The room was decent and clean. Only complaint about the room was a very small bottle of shampoo/conditioner. For the price i paid i will not be back.
