Summary: Great location near RPI. People are friendly, courteous and kind. The breakfast is wonderful and delicious. Rooms are excellent - great place to stay.

Summary: I really like this hotel. The staff is very friendly and courteous. The property is in fairly good condition despite the amount of business it gets. The beds are comfortable, pillows are too squishy for me, but that's OK. The bathrooms are stocked with the necessities. Towels are good. The breakfast is fabulous and the price is so reasonable. It's worth staying here over getting a free breakfast at the Best Western (BW room cost is often more than the Hilton). Also, the parking lot is big. We have stayed here several times because our son is a student at RPI. The one thing that we did not enjoy this visit was being on the Hoosick street side rather than the parking lot side. Every vehicle driving down Hoosick hit the potholes loudly which was quite disruptive. This is not something the hotel can control, although maybe making the City of Troy aware of the condition of Hoosick Street would be a good idea.

Summary: The Troy Hilton Garden was clean, modern and convenient to the RPI campus. I also enjoyed the Recovery Sports Grill within the property - great menu and friendly staff. Definitely stay here again.
