Summary: I had an amazing experience with the front desk personnel. We were greeted by a young lady (Sarah?) that was very welcoming and professional, then next day there was another young lady (from Afganistan?) and she was super helpful and going out of her way to meet our needs (extran blanket, shuttle service, water ... and the last day there was a gentleman that was also super nice and professional. I am impress with your service, finding people like this, that would make me feel like at home is a very special thing. Thank you!!! :) pawel gajer

Summary: Front desk staff member was very friendly, professional and extremely helpful. This was my first time attending a concert at Wolf Trap and the desk attendant was very helpful with directions on how to get there.

Summary: Paid the extra fee at check in which should have consisted of snacks and drinks being in the room and there was nothing. I will be reaching out to get a refund since those items were not available.
