Summary: It was good experience . Place is in good location where you can walk to everywhere. Union station is not far and Smithonians complex are nearby. However parking is expensive usd 55 plus tax per night. You also need to ask the breakfast coupon if your booking is included as for some reasons Hilton has problem with system sync as they cannot see the breakfast included in the booking. Another problems that we experienced, we left our thing in the room after we checked out, we were helped by the receptionist..thank you. But at the same time when we picked it up we came accross staff who were rude to us.not pleasant!

Summary: Overall this was a great location. Unfortunately we had a lot of issues involving the bathroom sink and it was not addressed until the third time we brought it to the front desk. A wonderful housekeeper saw what was going on and addressed it right away and offered us the room next door. It was unfortunate we had to bring this to the attention to the front desk three times.

Summary: Had a great stay with my young children! Room was spacious and clean. Herman asked if I wanted to have a room with two queens instead of a king at no additional cost. He was very nice and accommodating and I'm glad he asked because it was more comfortable for us all. Will definitely stay again!

Summary: Came to town to see Bananaball. Hotel was good and was ideally located for my travel plans. Convenient to Metro and Union Station. A few places nearby to eat and a Harris Teeter basically next door. Hotel was good. Slight disappointment with shower and technology ( TV and USB ).

Summary: The hotel was clean and the staff were great, the prices were a little high for the meals at the hotel especially the breakfast buffet. It was an overall good location and stay. Also I did not know until the email 2 days before about the parking situation but there was a parking garage 2 blocks away that was cheaper than the nightly valet. My family and I had a great time.
