Summary: I booked this hotel thinking it is more family friendly that too coming to vegas you know, but this hotel is not family friendly, i think I saw some non family faces going in the elevators (you know what i mean) well I dont know if I shouldnt expect such visitors, resort fee was total waste as we didnt end up using any resort facilities atleast swimming , so with breakfast not included this is not worth the money I spent

Summary: Really really nice hotel! Room was spotless and we have a good view of the sphere which was really cool! Didn’t use the pool or spa but from what I saw it looked really nice Only negative would be when we was checking in we got pulled into

Summary: Did not enjoy the renovation sound at all in the morning. No upfront notice when booking. Had I known the work in advance, would have considered other hotels. Otherwise, it’s a family friendly establishment.

Summary: This is the 2nd time staying here because of the cleanliness, friendly staff, nice hotel, lovely pool area. The only complaint I had was with the outside waiter. Never received any service at all for 3 hours. When other people came and sat next to us he was right there giving them service. He would either not look at us or look and keep going. I went and reported this to the managers Sharday and Amanda. They were nice and credited me back $50 for the inconvenience. They were shown a video of him looking at me and going right past me. He did the same thing to other black customers.

Summary: Room was beautiful, spacious and very luxurious. Had all the amenities you’d expect from a luxury hotel. Safety seemed high on their radar. One thing, the freezer compartment of refrigerator wasn’t strong. So don’t expect ice packs to stay fully frozen. It was regardless a perfect stay.

Summary: The check in for us was to long. It took forever after a day of travel. And then to make it worse, you go to the vacation club spot and they try and sell you on future trips if you do tours. With a family of four kids, and having to wait thru all this, we wouldn’t return knowing we have to go thru all this. And the guilt they make you feel not doing it, it’s not worth it.
