Summary: The hotel and room was AMAZING!!! The only complaints I have are to at the pool area is not super private. We had children above us on the balcony and neighbors to the left of us… This made the area not seem so “private”. Also, there were a few bugs that came in the kitchen when we cooked. The last thing was that our room did not have a/c for the first night and only the a/c in the bedroom worked for the remainder of the stay. The property manager did extend a resort credit to us for the inconvenience. Other than that, this was a very nice property. The staff was super friendly and we got complementary rum punch upon checking in!! Will definitely be back!!!

Summary: The hotel staff was so kind and professional. Tennyson the manager was one of the best we have seen even as professional travel agents. The hotel has beautiful grounds. nice beach and it’s a very peaceful place to get away from the center Highly recommend

Summary: The property is nice. The resort needs to provide ear plugs for their clients due to the noise of the tree frogs. Because of the way the building was designed, the tree frogs made an echo sound from sun set to sun rise. Other than that the resort has everything, restaurants, pools, bid and small and beach right on the premises.
