Negative: Only one elevator. Room was outdated and tub had finish peeling off.
Summary: It was a Comfortable stay. We were only there for 9 hours so a little pricey. The location was great. I would stay again

Positive: Staff is nice and welcoming. The location of the property is amazing! Hidden and quiet yet everything is such a close drive and so peaceful! I think this hotel is honestly a hidden gem for a nice cozy stay in Houston!
Negative: Paying for parking. Although it is very convenient to have a parking garage attached to the hotel I just wish it was included in the stay! Instead of having to pay every time we go out and come back in.
Summary: Nice peaceful stay, with an amazing view of the city.

Positive: close proximity to medical appointments in the Medical Center.
Negative: only 1 elevator to service 19 floors. I tried to call the front desk… They never answered. I wanted to find where else to find ice since our floor didn’t have the ice machine where it was supposed to be. My husband went on 5 different floors trying to find ice and NONE was available. One employee tried to help and he couldn’t find any. He asked what room we were in and that one employee filled up a bag in the restaurant and brought it upstairs.

Positive: The room on the 16th floor had a nice view. The toiletries were great and sustainable (no small bottles). The coffee machine was good. The bed and pillows were comfortable.
Negative: The hotel is a bit old, and the rooms could be cleaner. You could see spiderwebs and accumulated dust. Only one of the elevators was working, resulting in a significant wait time to go up and down. The small coffee shop downstairs could have been better stocked.
