Summary: There were 2 dead bulbs in the bathroom on arrival and we called for replacement. There was a floor strip at the door that was sticking up and obstructing door movement. We Called maintenance and the tried fixing it and the problem continued. Reported the problem to front desk and they put in work order but the problem was not fixed until we checked out on our four days stay.

Summary: Hotel looks amazing on the drive up. My family arrived at 2am and there was only one entrance that was not roped off. Was given room 811 and my daughter said that the water was cold the entire time she took a shower (15 minutes). Went to ask to be moved and the front desk recommended letting the water run for awhile to which I replied my daughter took a cold shower for 15 minutes. Was moved to room 101 and the flushing power in the toilet left a lot to be desired so we had to find another bathroom in the hotel to utilize. Housekeeping kept giving me two towels when I needed three and the room was stocked originally with 4 so I had to visit the front desk every day to get towels for the room. Breakfast is in the attached restaurant (Rio Ranch) at 20/person which isn't the best deal but the breakfast was tasty. If I hadn't prepaid for breakfast for my daughter, we would have found breakfast for her outside the hotel.
