Summary: We booked double bed room and paid for it but we got two single bed room and they didn't change it and saud hotels.com did it and we can't do anything. Beds were awfull uncomfortable

Summary: The disrespectful staff waiting in front of the hotel and the reception management are not good, problem solving abilities and communication with the guests are not professional. The room’s air conditioner was not working. etc..

Summary: Had a metal detector at the door that pretty much beeped when everyone went thru it, then no one really cared. Lol. People were nice and coffee ladies at downstairs bar were very nice
