Positive: It was clean and location is great.
Negative: Totally outdated. More of a vintage location if you ask me. The rooms are basic, zero technology.
Summary: The room was clean and the beds were comfortable, its smells wonderful when you walk in. The hotel is just very outdated

Negative: Only 1 elevator was working and there was 2 events going on at the Hilton making wait time too long. Had to take stairs (8th and 12th floors)upon arrival and departure with luggage and 4 kids 5 years and younger and one special needs child.

Positive: All the systems in the room work for example the air conditioning and lights. It had toilet paper and wash cloths. The first hotel we checked into was the Amerstar hotel and it had none of this and was rated as a 4 star hotel.
Negative: Had one burn out light in the bathroom.
Summary: Great hotel and staff would recommend.
