Summary: Rooms were basic. No AC or mini bar. Pillows were very soft and uncomfortable. Only one side of bed had sockets. Breakfast was of good variety but the quality of food was poor, with little flavour. I wouldn't book again if it was for 2 or more days stay.

Summary: Lovely room, lots of space and bed comfy. Only criticsm is the bathroom was dated, fabric shower curtain and old fittings.But clean. Otherwise a plesant stay.

Summary: I am a regular to this hotel for my company conferences etc and usually have a very positive experience. I chose this hotel to stay with my children and was really disappointed. The room & bathroom was dated. Only 2 towels for 4 of us. Water was tepid and pressure was that low it would have taken me an hour to run a bath. Breakfast was ok but cold, quality was fine and plenty of choice

Summary: My 3rd time at this hotel and unfortunately maybe my last. I wasn't informed on check in that there was no hot water due to a gas issue. So not able to shower or have a bath as planned before I left. I raised it upon check out and was told I should have been told so it put a damper on the whole stay this time.

Summary: Spacious hotel , easy parking , hotel is dated and could do with refurbishment though service was great , restaurant and breakfast comparable with other hotels , gym was great. Overall enjoyed my stay
