Summary: Loved the help we received at check-in. We wanted a room close to the lobby and it happened. Love the convenience of the parking garage and the breakfast is fabulous! We will go again! Thank You Hilton Mainz

Summary: Amazing stay in Hilton. The hotel is excellent, great service, our room was upgraded to River View which was a pleasant suprise. Easy to get anywhere from the hotel, lovely bars along the bank of Rhein just at the door step.

Summary: Room was very smelly i requested cleaning fist night sheets looked clean but there was a nasty smell carpet was so colorful that didn’t show how clean it was Breakfast was great staff were nice I am disappointed with Hilton
